Well, this is my response to the market research tutorial and the questionnaire part of the market research assignment. Hopefully I'm on the right track. I kept it short and easy, because that's how I would want a questionnaire.

It's formatted rather poorly compared to the OpenDocument version, but you get the idea.

I threw in both question 5 and 6 because even though they are similar, I felt they were needed. Before I wrote the questionnaire, I had a suspicion that several of the members had internet at home, however did not actively use it. I wanted to know how many would use the site, and how many would be potential users of the site.
